11. Out-of-Stock situation is unavoidable as the stock availability is only valid from time to time. At this situation,
- Refund can be done.
- Balance to be kept for next purchase.
12. Order(s) will be placed after a full payment is done before closing date, otherwise, the order will be canceled automatically, or will be placed at next batch.
13. All orders are based on first come first serve basis according to the payment that has been made.
14. All orders will go according to batches, and each batch last 15 days (half month).
15. Once the batch is close, all batches will take a maximum 2 weeks to complete the whole process including items to be delivered to you.
16. Arrival Time and Date of the times are ESTIMATES unless otherwise stated. We shall not be liable for any unforeseen delays occur.
17. We reserve the right to cancel any orders if there's defection on an item. At this situation,
- Refund can be done.
- Ask for another new item to replace the current order.
- Balance to be kept for next purchase.
